Position: Webflow Developer
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Brisbane, Australia Time
Compensation range: AU$2,700 - AU$3,000/month

The client helps growing brands scale their websites to support marketing growth, improve conversions, and drive ROI. Their core services include website design and development, with a focus on Webflow as the primary platform.
About the role
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to join a fast-growing agency that helps scaling brands build high-converting websites. You’ll lead full Webflow projects from initial build to ongoing retainer work, collaborating with designers and bringing clean, scalable, and high-performance sites to life. You’ll work closely with designers and the founder to bring Webflow projects to life, contribute to internal systems, and ensure every website is performant, SEO-optimised, and built to scale.
Responsibilities:
Web Development & Animation
- Lead the development of 2–3 concurrent Webflow projects.
- Build full marketing websites and landing pages from Figma designs using Webflow.
- Maintain and scale component libraries using Client-first and Relume frameworks.
- Create advanced animations and interactive elements using GSAP over Webflow interactions where applicable.
Performance Optimisation & Integrations
- Optimise websites for speed, technical SEO, and responsive performance.
- Ensure semantic HTML structure and efficient class naming conventions.
- Handle basic third-party integrations, including embedding HubSpot forms, Google Analytics, and other scripts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with designers for smooth Figma-to-Webflow handoffs.
- Translate design nuances and provide suggestions for interaction behavior and micro-UX.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly using Asana and ad-hoc team syncs.
- Occasionally contribute to internal process improvements and component systemization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Webflow.
- Experience of at least 2 years working in a marketing agency.
- Strong grasp of Webflow design systems, class naming, and component scalability.
- Strong tools and software proficiency in Webflow, Client-first and Relume framework, JavaScript, GSAP and Asana.
- Experience working with Figma and turning designs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites.
- Experience in optimizing performance, implementing technical SEO, and clean CMS structuring.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a remote team.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic analytics setup (GTM, GA4).
- A strong eye for design with a background in visual design or UI/UX.
