About the role
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to support a fast-paced retail environment. This role focuses on managing and maintaining multiple SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and service delivery, while supporting end users with reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Own & Optimise SaaS Platforms: Administer and maintain critical SaaS systems including POS, ERP, and integration platforms—ensuring peak performance and stability.
- Support Daily Operations: Manage the delivery of core system services that underpin Finance and Inventory processes, ensuring reliability and continuity.
- Enhance System Integration: Oversee the design, configuration, and performance of integrations, data flows, and automation frameworks to streamline business operations.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Implement governance policies and monitoring tools that uphold data quality, consistency, and security.
- Enable Teams Through Support: Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to end users, empowering teams with effective tools and solutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Finance, POS Development, Retail) and external vendors to deliver high-impact application solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Continuously improve system capabilities through automation, AI, and process optimisation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing, configuring, and maintaining ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP Business ByDesign, or Salesforce, ideally within a retail or merchandising context.
- 2+ years of experience with integration platforms (e.g., Jitterbit, SSIS, Mulesoft, Boomi) or code-based solutions (Java, Python).
- Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation/ETL practices.
- 2+ years of SQL experience (T-SQL, MySQL, PrestoSQL) and database systems such as SQL Server, Athena, or BigQuery.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of AI Workflow Automation and RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath) and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) to drive system efficiency.
- Exposure to integration architecture, systems mapping, and scalable solution design is a strong advantage.
