- Data: To build a strong strategy you need to understand the key principles of email marketing data. We expect an understanding of engagement metrics, behavioral metrics, and profile data to build a logical, and robust email marketing strategy to drive incremental revenue. Remember, every strategy recommendation by the client must be accompanied by data or a success metric.
- Project Management: You can effectively manage internal and external tasks by their due date and concurrently manage the expectations of the client with clear and concise communication.
- People Skills: You’re going to be talking and interacting with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
