Work hours: 12:00PM - 9:00PM PH time
Base Salary: $1,250 USD/month
Total potential earnings: Up to $2,000 USD/month (includes commission-based incentives)
Probationary period of 3 months to evaluate overall performance

About the role
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect and engine behind our growth strategy. You’ll develop and execute performance-driven campaigns that bring in high-quality leads, optimise acquisition funnels, and push the boundaries of what growth marketing can look like in an async, global team.
You’ll collaborate directly with the leadership team while working cross-functionally with product, partnerships, and content. If you’re a data-obsessed self-starter who loves building growth engines from scratch—and actually watching them convert—we want you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition through organic, partnership, and (where applicable) paid channels.
- Own the full customer funnel—from awareness to conversion—mapping journeys, identifying friction points, and optimising each stage for growth.
- Launch and manage campaigns across email, social, content, and other high-impact organic channels, with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth.
- Set up, manage, and optimise our growth tech stack—including email platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics, and testing frameworks.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to uncover scalable levers.
- Track and analyse KPIs to inform ongoing optimisation.
- Provide performance reporting and insights to leadership, suggesting new growth experiments and opportunities.
- Work autonomously with minimal oversight while proactively collaborating across departments.
- Uphold a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing—ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of owning and optimising customer acquisition funnels, with a strong focus on organic growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience in email marketing, SEO, analytics, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, attribution models, and funnel conversion benchmarks.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other design platforms.
- Experience managing organic channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to write clear, compelling copy and create basic visual assets (bonus if you’ve used Figma or Canva).
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Remote-first mindset with experience in async working environments.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and energised by experimentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in remote-first or distributed companies.
- Knowledge of content SEO and how it supports inbound lead generation.
- Familiarity with no-code tools or basic design/editing workflows.
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments.
