Compensation range: AU$2,500 - AU$3,000/month

About the role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer (Figma) with a strong eye for design and a knack for storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming sales call recordings into polished, persuasive pitch decks that align with each client’s unique needs and brand identity. Your decks will help drive decision-making and close deals — making you a vital part of our sales enablement process.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to sales call recordings and extract key messaging, insights, and value propositions.
• Design professional, on-brand pitch decks in Figma.
• Work collaboratively with sales and content teams to refine messaging and structure.
• Create 4–5 high-quality decks per week.
• Iterate based on feedback and continuously improve design systems/templates.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of design experience, with a focus on presentation or brand design.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including layouts, components, and design systems.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and storytelling through design.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clean, compelling visual sales decks.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently.
