About the role
As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions that address complex business challenges. You’ll need to be proficient in developing and coding solutions, integrating systems through APIs, and using middleware tools such as Zapier and Make.com. This role requires a problem solver who can see the big picture, leverage technology to create innovative solutions, and ensure systems work together seamlessly for optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and technical requirements, developing solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Design and implement integrations between various systems using APIs and middleware platforms like Zapier and Make.com.
  
• Develop and code custom solutions to automate and optimise business processes.
  
• Leverage technology to create innovative, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth for clients.
  
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, ensuring that solutions align with the overall strategy and business goals.
  
• Troubleshoot and solve complex integration and technical issues, ensuring the smooth deployment of solutions.
  
• Continuously assess and improve existing systems and workflows to optimise performance.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools to ensure the company and its clients are leveraging the most effective solutions.
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical role, with the ability to develop, code, and implement solutions.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or Hubspot agency.
• Strong experience with middleware platforms such as Zapier and Make.com, and the ability to integrate systems through APIs.
  
• Proficiency in coding languages (JSON, Python) relevant to system integration and development.
  
• 3+ years of technical proficiency using and certified with HubSpot, including creating custom-coded workflows with HubSpot’s Operations Hub to streamline processes and enhance automation.
  
• Experience in designing and building scalable, efficient workflows and integrations.
  
• Ability to see the big picture and understand how different systems can work together to solve business challenges.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  
• A passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful, impactful solutions for clients.
