- Develop templates, drag-and-drop modules, and avoid hard-coded elements to preserve theme flexibility.
- Maintain design consistency and scalable structure across HubSpot projects.

- Execute tasks assigned in Teamwork (PM tool).
- Conduct QA, cross-browser testing, and ensure responsive design.
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and usability.
- Communicate clearly with marketers, designers, and project managers.
- Take ownership and ensure delivery with minimal rework.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on WordPress & HubSpot development experience.
- Proficient with core technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress (custom themes, plugins, ACF, page builders, etc.), HubSpot CMS (HubL, modules, themes, drag-and-drop areas).
- Experience with mobile responsiveness.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Knowledgeable in website performance optimisation & debugging.
- Experience with technical documentation & clean code structure.
- Agency experience strongly preferred—ability to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities. Track record of self-managed, high-quality delivery.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and conversion optimisation.
