Position: E-Commerce Product Coordinator
Work hours: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Brisbane Time
Compensation range: AU$2,500-$2,700/month

About the role
The E-commerce Product Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining accurate product listings across AU/NZ e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on high-volume SKU creation, data accuracy, and catalogue integrity, while supporting the wider e-commerce team. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-oriented, repetitive tasks and ensures every listing is complete, accurate, and optimised for search.
Responsibilities
Product Listing Creation & Optimisation
Convert raw supplier data into complete, accurate, and SEO/AI-optimised product listings
Write and structure product titles, descriptions, and key attributes to improve discoverability and conversion
Ensure all listings meet formatting and content standards before going live
Data Management & Enrichment
Clean, organise, and enrich large datasets (CSV/Excel), including specifications, attributes, and size charts
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to manipulate, validate, and backfill product data
Maintain 100% accuracy across the ERP (NetSuite) and e-commerce (Shopify) platforms
Workflow Management (NetSuite → Shopify)
Identify new, in-stock SKUs from NetSuite saved searches
Update and enrich product data throughout the build process before syncing to Shopify
Monitor product status to ensure timely and accurate online publishing
Quality Assurance & Auditing
Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality
Verify image standards and ensure all required assets are correctly uploaded (including sourcing, resizing, and uploading product imagery in line with quality standards)
Perform ongoing checks on product reviews and resolve any discrepancies
Process Improvement & AI Enablement
Support the integration of AI tools to optimise content creation and data workflows
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve product data processes
Assist in building scalable systems for content and catalogue management
Generate blog content and create video transcripts/descriptions to support digital content initiatives
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, product coordination, or a related role
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning) and strong analytical capability
Experience with ERP/CMS platforms (NetSuite, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
High attention to detail, with experience managing large product catalogues and high-volume data
Strong written English skills for product descriptions, technical specifications, and content review
Familiarity with cycling products, components, or apparel is an advantage
Basic Python or HTML/CSS for data automation/formatting is desirable
Process-driven, reliable, and able to follow SOPs consistently
Able to work independently while collaborating with a global, close-knit team
