About our client
Our client is a top creative marketing agency that recently became a growing HubSpot Partner, helping clients optimise their sales and marketing processes through seamless HubSpot implementations, migrations, and ongoing support. With a strong focus on Sales and Marketing Hubs, and an expanding client base, we are seeking a HubSpot Specialist who can lead client-facing implementations, manage migrations, and provide technical expertise to support long-term client success.
About the role
The HubSpot Specialist will serve as the go-to expert for implementing, configuring, and optimising HubSpot across client accounts. This role is 70% client-facing (onboarding, migration, training, and retainers) and 30% internal support (maintaining and improving internal HubSpot setup). You will work closely with clients, account managers, and the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding, data migrations, and ongoing HubSpot improvements.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead onboarding of new client HubSpot accounts, including setup, configuration, and workflow creation.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather and clean data, migrate from other platforms, and configure HubSpot according to business needs.
- Ensure seamless transitions by managing change processes and avoiding automation misfires during migrations.
HubSpot Expertise & Recommendation
- Configure and optimise Sales and Marketing Hubs (with Service Hub exposure as a plus).
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
- Advise clients on HubSpot best practices, recommending improvements to processes, data structures, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and diplomatically challenge client requests that are not aligned with best practices, offering well-considered alternative solutions.
Ongoing Client Support (Retainers)
- Provide regular updates, reporting improvements, and automation enhancements.
- Participate in client meetings alongside account managers to provide technical clarity.
- Deliver documentation and run Zoom-based training sessions for clients on using HubSpot.
Internal Support (30%)
- Maintain and improve the agency’s internal HubSpot reporting, workflows, and automations.
- Support leadership with ad hoc HubSpot requests, data cleanup, and reporting tweaks.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Strong background in HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub; Service Hub exposure a plus.
- Experience in migrating data and workflows from other CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel to HubSpot).
- Skilled in setting up workflows, automations, dashboards, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Zapier for integrations (coding not required, backend support provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading client calls and training sessions.
- Strong documentation skills for creating client-facing guides and internal process docs.
- Self-starter with strong time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident in pushing back tactfully and providing expert guidance when client requests may not align with best practices.
