Compensation range: AUD$2,800 - AUD$3,600/month

About the role
We’re looking for a client-facing HubSpot Specialist with proven experience in Marketing and Sales Hubs to support onboarding and optimisation projects for a range of B2B clients. In this role, you’ll work across 2-month onboarding implementations and ongoing support for retainer clients, helping them get the most value from HubSpot through strategic configuration, hands-on execution, and data-driven enhancements.
You’ll be collaborating closely with Account Strategists, Project Managers, and Solutions Architects to deliver high-quality CRM solutions and campaign automation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into workflows, solving marketing/sales inefficiencies, and turning messy data into clean, actionable CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Implementation and Optimisation
- Lead HubSpot onboarding projects, customising Marketing and Sales Hubs to fit client needs.
- Manage 3–4 ongoing retainer clients, optimising existing portals and improving CRM performance.
- Optimise HubSpot usage across Sales and Marketing Hub to drive client success.
- Develop and execute strategies for clients to utilise HubSpot effectively to meet their business objectives.
Client Training and Support
- Conduct online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on HubSpot features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are fully utilising HubSpot's capabilities.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with Account Strategists to execute on overall client goals and marketing plans.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects for advanced integrations or data migrations.
Strategic Consultation
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on leveraging HubSpot to achieve these goals.
- Analyse client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot utilisation and performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Recommend and implement data hygiene improvements to maintain CRM integrity.
- Build workflows, email templates, automation rules, forms, and lead scoring models
Requirements:
This role requires a strong technical understanding of HubSpot, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to optimising business processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with a strong focus on Marketing and Sales Hubs.
- Proven client-facing experience, including CRM training and implementation support.
- HubSpot Certifications in Marketing, Sales, or Reporting Hubs.
- Excellent understanding of CRM best practices, lead lifecycle, and funnel optimisation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear, confident communicator with team collaboration skills.
- Preferably with experience with HubSpot Service, Operations, or CMS Hubs.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or other automation/integration tools.
- Previous work with B2B clients in SaaS, Manufacturing, or Construction is a plus.
- Experience with data cleanup, enrichment, or CRM migrations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients (6-7 clients) and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
