Position: System Administrator
Work hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sydney time
Compensation range: US$1,800 - US$2,300/month

About the role
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and service delivery. This role involves system configuration, upgrades, and supporting end users with reports, KPIs, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, document procedures, and develop policies to optimize system performance. Additionally, they will collaborate with external vendors and contribute to both technical business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and new projects in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Multiple SaaS systems admin, management and training
- Netsuite, Looker, SQL server - SSIS, AWS, Excel, Google Sheets
- Responsible for the daily operations and service delivery of the core system and infrastructure covering a range of activities
- Manage system configurations and upgrades
- Support end-user (store teams, marketing, sales, leadership, etc.) requests for new and adhoc reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Managing process, procedures and controls
- Creating and maintaining workflows, functions, and configurations
- Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines
- Documentation of internal system processes and procedures
- Work directly with external vendors or partners as required
- Onboard system and integrations on newly opened stores
- Experience working on technical BAU and new project, as well as other ad-hoc
duties within a growing environment

- POS-Netsuite sales+cogs+receipts reconciliations
- Month-end reports - sales, receipts, JVP
- Daily maintenance tasks
- Interco-cross charges, Interco Pairing monitoring (RPA)
- Ongoing support
- POS Reports, Store Ledger
- Looker, Netsuite, POS/Commercetools (data and reporting component)
- Assist with any Netsuite csv uploads (Product) and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator, preferably in an eCommerce/retail industry
- Experience working and maintaining an ERP (Netsuite) system
- Integrations and SQL knowledge
- Automation knowledge (RPA, Scripting), experience with using AI is an advantage
- Analytics and Reporting knowledge
- Capable of working in a multi-platform environment
- Documentation and Collaboration Skills
- Excited in doing monotonous work and lots of data hygiene
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in new software
- Retail/Commercial minded
- Persistent, Works with integrity, Humble (not being picky with the tasks because it’s monotonous at first), Will maintain the confidentiality of customer and business information and Curious in investigating discrepancies.
