Position: Data Entry and Lead Generation Specialist
Work hours: 08:00 - 17:00 UK Hours
Compensation range: $1,250-1,450 USD/month

About the role
This role focuses on ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management while supporting lead generation efforts. It involves comparing internal systems with online sources, verifying and updating information, and reaching out to customers to validate details. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining data quality and supporting business development efforts. Responsibilities:
- Data Verification and Maintenance: Compare and verify information in the internal system against online sources such as directories and databases, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients or missing data and reach out to verify and collect essential information.
- Customer Outreach: Contact customers via phone and email to validate details, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the database with verified and new information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Quality Control: Regularly review and audit data for errors or discrepancies, taking corrective actions where needed.
- Reporting: Provide updates and reports on completed tasks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in processes.
- Independent Task Management: Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to support broader business development initiatives and share insights from data verification and lead generation activities.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in data entry, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong phone and email communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage and verify large amounts of data with accuracy and precision.

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other basic office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
- Customer Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with experience handling customer interactions professionally.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, independent worker with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Resilience: Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency.
