As they continue to expand, they're looking for an Associate Content Lead to help oversee content production, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver exceptional content that drives real results for their clients.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Oversee content for 20+ clients across a range of industries, ensuring every deliverable reflects each client's brand guidelines, voice, and audience.
Manage a team of contract writers who create blogs and other website content, including assigning work, setting expectations, and providing clear, constructive feedback.
Provide in-house editing to maintain quality and consistency across all content.
Create and maintain quarterly content calendars for multiple clients, using research done independently and in conjunction with the SEO team.
Manage content development as per the approved content calendars, ensuring writers have been briefed and deliver on schedule for posting.
Identify content gaps and new content opportunities through research, audits, and competitor analysis.
Conduct website content audits and recommend updates, refreshes, consolidation, or pruning to improve performance.
Apply SEO best practices while also ensuring that all content is human-centered and optimized for readers first.
Collaborate with the SEO Lead and other team leads to ensure content topics, direction, length, and style meet both SEO requirements and brand guidelines.
Stay on top of SEO, AIO/GEO, and other search trends, and translate them into practical improvements to process and output.
Identify AI visibility priorities (the key topics, structures, and prompts to target so that clients show up in AI-generated answers).
Maintain quality controls, including checks for accuracy, originality, and appropriate use of AI in the content workflow.
Meet with clients to onboard them, review content, and interview subject matter experts when necessary.
Meet with clients to discuss the progress and performance of their content campaigns.
Ensure content is approved by all relevant stakeholders, with revisions incorporated when needed or requested by the brand.
Report on content performance and progress to internal teams and clients (e.g., published volume, traffic, engagement, and other relevant metrics).
Skills you have:
At least 5+ years of experience in managing digital content development, including leading content teams in an agency environment.
Experience working within a digital marketing or SEO agency, developing content for a diverse range of clients.
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with real people, not just algorithms.
Proven experience leading content strategy and managing the end-to-end content development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how content structure influences search engine and AI discoverability.
Ability to analyse search performance, interpret data, and use insights to continuously improve content.
Experience managing writers by assigning work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
Skilled in creating and documenting content processes, workflows, and SOPs that enable teams to scale efficiently.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in sharing ideas and recommendations.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
Skills that will make you stand out:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
Experience building AI agents or automating content production workflows.
Familiarity with AI Optimisation (AIO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and emerging AI search trends.
Experience with SEO research, content optimisation, and project management tools.
Experience developing content for responsive and mobile-first digital experiences.
