In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼
Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach and strategic follow-up campaigns.
Execute outbound lead generation strategies to consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.
Own the top of the sales funnel by generating qualified leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients across recruitment and outsourcing industries.
Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging strategies.
Monitor, analyse and report on key sales metrics including response rates, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Conduct A/B testing on messaging, email sequences and outreach strategies to optimise campaign performance.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
Skills you have 🚀
3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation within a B2B environment.
Previous experience working in a recruitment or outsourcing agency.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
Demonstrated success in building outbound pipelines that generate qualified opportunities.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling sales emails and outreach messages.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales KPIs and conversion metrics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skill
