Position: Administrative Assistant
Work hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM, London Time
Compensation range: US$ 1,200 - US$1,300/month

Our client is a UK-based telemarketing and lead generation agency that specialises in B2B and B2C telemarketing, appointment setting, and targeted lead generation, acting as an extension of their clients’ marketing teams.

Their services enable clients to focus on core business priorities while the team drives prospect engagement, pipeline growth, and appointment generation.
About the role
Our client is seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to support multiple team leaders by handling various manual and operational tasks. This role focuses on efficiency and accuracy in executing short, ad-hoc activities.
The successful candidate will manage a range of administrative responsibilities, including documentation, data entry, and coordination between departments. This is a general administrative role that supports the wider operations team, rather than a specific department.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send contracts to new hires and clients.
- Add employees to the HR platform (Deel) and update staff records.
- Set up and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports for internal use.
- Assist in client and employee onboarding, ensuring all contracts and documents are completed accurately.
- Gather and manage campaign data using tools such as Lusha, MarketScan, Salesfinity, and HubSpot.
- Update daily campaign trackers, including attendance, overtime, and performance metrics.
- Download and organise call recordings for campaign review and reporting.
- Manage holiday notifications, sickness reports, and related HR updates.
- Update phone numbers, switch campaign IDs, and perform other short operational tasks.
- Assist with invoicing preparation and submit accurate data for billing and payroll.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, system updates, and document management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative or operational support experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple short tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience supporting operations, HR, or client service teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and confident learning new systems quickly.
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools for communication and task tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver consistently under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the following systems and tools is an advantage: Webex, FiveCRM, HubSpot, Salesfinity, Lusha, MarketScan, Pumble (messaging), Deel.
