About the role
The Account Manager will own the client relationship journey from the first discovery call through to candidate placement. You will represent RunRemote with professionalism and warmth, build strong rapport with clients, manage expectations, and ensure smooth delivery of recruitment projects.
This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, and strategic communication, requiring someone with outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client discovery calls alongside the CEO, asking thoughtful questions to uncover requirements, build trust, and establish rapport.
- Review job descriptions and briefs prepared by recruiters to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Collaborate closely with recruiters, providing feedback, reviewing shortlisted candidates, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Manage multiple recruitment projects at once with strong attention to timelines, follow-ups, and quality control.

Step in to support recruitment operations when needed and assisting with screening, scheduling, or client updates.
- Confidently handle unforeseen client situations with professionalism.

Maintain exceptionally high standards of communication, making sure every message, document, and interaction should reflect clarity, confidence, and polish.
- Promote collaboration and uphold RunRemote’s culture of quality, initiative, and high performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Proven experience in project management and client retention.

- Strategic thinker who can prioritise effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.

Nice to have:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Background in client growth, or account expansion.
