Compensation range: AU$3,500 - AU$4,000/month

About the role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist to lead the charge on all things paid media. This is a senior role with leadership responsibilities, focused primarily on Meta Ads with strategic oversight of Google Ads. You’ll manage a small team, collaborate closely with creatives, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Meta Ads strategy across client accounts, ensuring campaigns are high-performing and conversion-focused.
- Recommend and brief creative assets including copy, images, and video concepts based on campaign goals.
- Optimise Meta campaigns and suggest landing page changes aligned with conversion best practices.
- Guide strategic decisions for Google Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, ad groups, and negative keywords.
- Act as the client-facing lead for paid media accounts presenting strategy, results, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Manage and mentor two team members focused on Google Ads execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SEO and account management to align on overall performance strategy.
- Report directly to Linda, who oversees the paid media, SEO, and account management teams.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, with a deep understanding of creative angles, performance optimisation, and conversion-focused strategy.

Strong strategic knowledge of Google Ads.

Experience briefing creative assets and optimising for landing page performance.

Excellent communication skills with experience handling client presentations and strategic discussions.

Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within a paid media team.

Knowledge with what makes a high-converting landing page work across both Meta and Google platforms.
