Position: Senior Marketing Recruiter
Work hours: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm PHT (Flexible as long as it's within this timeframe)
Compensation range: AU$500/role closed plus bonuses based on performance

About the role
We are looking for a specialised Senior Marketing Recruiter with expertise in sourcing and hiring exceptional talent for digital marketing roles. This role focuses on connecting skilled professionals with remote opportunities in international companies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global hiring environment and understands the unique challenges of recruitment for digital marketing positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates for digital marketing roles such as SEO Specialists, Ads Managers, Social Media Managers, CRM Specialists, Designers, Project Managers, Data and Content Marketers.
- Partner with the Client Account Manager to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and digital marketing forums to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and experience in remote work for international clients.
- Review assessment results, approve and reject candidates as needed.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Create candidate profile summaries (bios) to be sent to the client.
- Send offers to the candidates and negotiate salary expectations and/or start dates as needed.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and remote hiring to identify the best talent pipelines.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment specialising in marketing roles (Ads Manager, SEO, CRM Specialists, etc.)
- Experience recruiting for remote roles with international companies (US, UK, AUS, or Europe preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients globally.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn X-Ray, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, highly organized, and has a good work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to render at least 5 hrs per day within the team's shift hours.
