Position: Technical Project Manager (Marketing)
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Brisbane, Australia time
Compensation range: AUD 2,500 – 3,000/month

About the role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, while leveraging your expertise in HubSpot, ClickUp, digital marketing and websites to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination
- Manage 8–10 client projects concurrently, ensuring efficient planning and task management.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Work with internal teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Lead project execution and oversee task completion across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor progress, track key metrics, and proactively resolve issues or blockers.
- Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and solutions.
Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients about project milestones and updates.
ClickUp & HubSpot Management
- Utilise ClickUp to manage workflows, assign tasks, and track deliverables.
- Ensure ClickUp projects are properly structured and optimised for team productivity.
- Leverage HubSpot to manage campaign components and support marketing operations.
- Provide guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for using both platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ClickUp and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of systems and operational workflows.
- Highly organised, diligent, and capable of holding team members accountable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and web developers practices.
- Prior HubSpot project experience handling diverse industries.
Nice to Have:
- HubSpot certification.
- Experience in revenue operations or related fields.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile).
