Compensation range: US$1,000-US$1,250/month

About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Brand Project Manager to handle essential marketing, project management, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives on keeping things organised, loves project timelines, and can take the lead on operational tasks that free our leadership to drive brand vision and strategy. This role will allow the team to focus on what’s next, sparking excitement for the brand and moving the needle in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Trade Calendar Management: Create, update, and manage our marketing and trade calendar to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are seamlessly planned and executed.
• Project Management for Brand Initiatives: Oversee timelines, track milestones, and manage deadlines for brand projects. Ensure smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, manage files, schedule appointments, and keep records meticulously organised to streamline daily operations.
• Hiring Assistance: Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with prospective hires.
• Workflow and Systems Optimization: Implement and maintain systems that prioritise important work over-reactive tasks. Help reduce urgency by building and refining workflows that promote productivity and clarity.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management and streamlining workflows. 
• Background in marketing and recruitment is a plus. 
• Project Management Pro: Experienced with tools like Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms to drive project timelines and communication.
• Superb Organisation: You’re a natural at staying organised and thrive on ticking tasks off to-do lists while keeping big-picture priorities in mind.
• Excellent Communicator: You have a knack for clear, concise communication, keeping everyone informed without the extra noise.
• Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You anticipate needs, solve issues before they arise, and suggest improvements that drive efficiency.
• Adaptable & Collaborative: Ready to jump in where needed, collaborate with a team, and adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic brand.
