Work hours: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am Sydney, AU Timezone
Compensation range: US$2,500 - US$3,500/month (Base pay + commissions based on customer acquisition)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our internal team. This is an awesome opportunity to play a significant role in RunRemote's growth/ marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and overall company growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. This person will be working directly with the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up Google Analytics, social media accounts, blogs for content marketing, and any necessary tech stacks for marketing.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies using digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing to increase the company's customer base, optimizing the funnel for maximum conversion rates and minimal costs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and create and implement innovative growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, write copy, create simple visual assets, and schedule posts to maintain a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement.
- Monitor channels for feedback and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to foster a positive online community and enhance customers' satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, while testing and experimenting with new growth tactics and channels to identify the most effective strategies.
- Support web design to ensure consistent branding and value propositions, and assist with the execution of cross-functional projects aimed at driving growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies - at least 5 years of experience in this field.
- Expert in B2B customer acquisition
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in using Webflow and doing website updates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Autonomous in executing strategies and day-to-day operations, ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales software tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
